By using any of getebook.ai services ("Services") you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). The company that operates getebook.ai is HIGHER RESELL S.R.L. We reserve the right to change or amend these Terms at any time without notice — continued use of the Services confirms your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by them, please exit the site. Your agreement with us regarding compliance with these Terms becomes effective immediately upon commencement of your use of this site.

To fully use our service you must register as a member by providing an accurate email address. You may not use someone else's email in a way that violates any third-party rights.

Email is our primary means of communication — we may use it to notify you about system updates, new product releases, and changes to your account status. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you are signing up on behalf of your employer, the account owner is your employer, and you warrant that you have authority to bind them to these Terms. You can transfer account ownership to a third party at any time by informing us and updating your account information; this does not apply to lifetime licenses.

getebook.ai offers subscriptions and one-time credit purchases. Subscriptions are billed automatically each cycle. Due to the cost of AI processing and eBook generation, we do not issue partial or full refunds for either package type.

We retain the right to modify subscription pricing and terms at any time; changes are posted on the corresponding sections of the website.

You can terminate the Service at any time. To avoid being billed for another cycle, cancel before your billing due date.

All materials and Services on this site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

This site may include technical or typographical errors, and materials may be out of date; we make no commitment to update them. Use of the Services is at your own discretion and risk.

We and our affiliates are not liable for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site, including loss of use, data, or profits, under any theory of liability.

In any action to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party is entitled to costs and attorneys' fees. Any cause of action against us must be brought within one year of it arising, or it is waived. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
